CPCA SHOW 2002 will set up an
E-service area free for exhibitors. The internet service will enable
you to send and receive emails during the exhibition. Admission will
be by exhibitors' badges. Other telecommunication and secretarial
services are available within the Business Center of INTEX. |

Business visa can be applied
for with the assistance of Shanghai International Exhibition Center
(INTEX). A visa invitation fee is US$ 25.00 per person. |

Climate - The
average temperature in March is about 12 degree centigrade. |
Money - Currency
exchange is available both in the hotel and at the airport. The official
exchange rate is approximately US$1 to RMB 8.3. |
Cash - It is
advisable to bring enough cash or traveler's checks to China because
exhibition departments can only accept cash if exhibitors have some
request in the exhibition on site. |
Insurance - Exhibitors
and delegates are advised to effect their personal accident, property
and exhibit insurance. |
Electric Power - The
power used in China is 220 / 380 V. 50 Hz. The sockets and plugs used
in China might be a little different from those in your home country,
so we suggest you bring a screwdriver to make modification. |

Form A, B, C, D are essential information for each exhibitor. Make
sure to send back the filled forms before Feb. 5, 2002. If we can
not receive the four forms mentioned above before the deadline, we
can not guarantee your information to be published in the Directory
in time.
