CPCA SHOW 2002 is fit for the exhibiting
of products and services used in the fabrication, design or testing
of PCB industry. |

2) |
No exhibitors shall exhibit, or
permit to be exhibited in the space allotted to him any goods or services
other than those specified in the application when approved by CPCA
SHOW 2002, nor shall he exhibit or permit to be exhibited therein,
displays or advertising material of any sort bearing any name or form
of advertisement other than his own. |

3) |
The space applied for is to be used
solely for the exhibitor whose name appears on the application, and
it is agreed that the applicant will not assign, sublet, or apportion
the whole or any part of the space allotted. |

4) |
All booths must be staffed by exhibitors'
representatives during all open exhibit hours. |
|
|
5) |
Exhibits with false indication
of the producing area, or exhibits which infringe other's trademark
or patent are prohibited. When discovered, the offender will be removed
from the SHOW by the Organizer, and will be punished according to
the corresponding law. |

6) |
Admission will be by badges only.
Exhibitors' badges are not transferable to the customers and contractor
personnel. |
|
|
7) |
The sound level gave out in the
promotion of products and service should not be over 70 decibel. |
|
|
8) |
All demonstrations, presentations
or distributions must be conducted within the confines of the exhibitor's
booth. |
|
|
9) |
Exhibitors must abide by the regulation
of the time for dismantling and move-out of exhibits. No exhibitor
will be permitted to pack or remove exhibits or articles on display
prior to the closing time. |
